TuneUp Utilities 2010

TuneUp Utilities 2010 had been released several months ago, but I got my first chance to try this software in this month. As you know, this software is an integrated maintenance software for our PCs. It’s very helpful especially for novice or ordinary people who don’t have any further knowledge about computer or for people who just simply look something simple to maintain their computer.
 
TuneUp Utilities 2010 provides common jobs like another maintain softwares such as detect errors and fix those both on registry or on other sections, defrag our hard disk, check disk error, optimize Internet connection setting, optimize our computer visualization and interface, delete file/s permanently, back up our datas, recover our files etc.

It provides all these actions in one action, although you can choose to perform it automatically or manually. And it provides us several suggestions about every action that we can or should take. I think you already know. So, lets skip the explanation and talk about the main problem : What the difference with the previous version ?


The answer is the interface. It has simpler interface than TuneUp Utilities 2009. While the 2009 version has a big icon in every control panel, the 2010 version makes them smaller. You should see it by yourself to understand what I’m talking about. Another thing is The Turbo feature, probably because it was inspired by Opera with their Turbo feature. Turbo Mode allows you to increase the speed of the computer, so it suitable for people who their computers have a slow memory.

For instance, if you wanna play a game smoothly and or to prevent unwanted backdoor programs and services or scheduled background maintenance for occupying valuable resources.
