We can learn Microsoft Office from various sources both free and paid, online and printed material sources. However, sometimes it is boring to read tutorial and try to memorize various formulas, and features on Microsoft Office.
There is one way that I think is more effective, which is by playing fun game. You can try Ribbon Hero 2 that is made by OfficeLabs. Ribbon Hero 2 tells us about Clippy through some different time dimensions. I hope you still remember Clippy. It is clip paper mascot that often to appear in Microsoft Office and offered you help and tutorial.
In every time travel that Clippy takes in the free game, there are always some new challenges. This challenges that you have to finish to help Clippy to go to next level (also new time travel).
Every challenge always involves tasks in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, or
OneNote to be finished. If you are confused, you just have to click 'hint button'. Ribbon Hero 2 is really help us understand all features and menu in Microsoft Office, especially that are mostly used. Playing this free game is a guaranteed way to learn Microsoft Office without have to be bored.
Anyway, this game only will teach you Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010. You cannot install this game on previous version of Microsoft Office.
